Probably not for 220V
Reading the instructions it refers to 110V, the voltage spec on the bottom of the pot is also 110V. It does work on 220, in fact it is really fast.
You have to lift the coffee basket and tube out post brew to keep the coffee hot. If you do not it will continue perking at a slower rate, probably because of the voltage.

It's big
Surprisingly large, large enough for a shoulder of lamb comfortably. (Steam for a couple of hours then fast roast)
