A good bread cookbook but not necessarily for Jewish breads.

The book has excellent recipes and in fact I have already used one of them to make some excellent sandwich bread. The title is a little misleading, however, since, although there are many recipes for 'Jewish' breads, it seems that most of the recipes are just for breads, not necessarily Jewish breads. Hence the 4 stars, not 5.
