Advert mislaeading
Being genuine, the item performs as expected.
Despite the diagram showing two batteries, only one was provided. The advert did indeed say quantity one, but the picture suggested it's a pack of two, leading potential customers to believe it's one pack of two batteries. Lots of other batteries are in packs of 2, 4, 6 or more, but all claim quantity one.
I was disappointed because I willingly paid more for this item to support an Australian supplier.

Comfortable and lightweight.
One of the cushion covers has a small hole where something has pulled a thread or similar. Of the four cushions I have, this is the only one that had any faults. It could have been caused by rough handling prior to despatch.
