Solid once going
It will, annoyingly, require several attempts to establish a connection most of the time (using an original Dell XPS 13 with Windows 10 Pro v1607). However, once it's going it has been stable. Better experience than v1 that would often connect fine, then drop.

Hard to tell differences from original
1 of 1 found this helpful It works fine; the tablet doesn't complain. Left it charging overnight and it wasn't at all warm. It's hard to find these 24W adapters, so I was happy to find this one.
I'm not sure the seller means the same thing by "Genuine OEM Microsoft" as, say, my Mazda dealer would for factory-replacement auto parts. There's no Microsoft logo. The LED on the plug is noticeably dimmer than the one that came with my Surface Pro 4 (Core M). The plug doesn't have quite as nice a "snap" into place when folding it out. None of those minor differences affect its functionality. The magnets are plenty strong to hold the plug into the table. Maybe this is stock from a second vendor that Microsoft didn't wind up using or something like that. It does seem just a hair more cheaply constructed than the original... and the price was only about 40% of buying one from Microsoft, so I'm happy.

A little expensive, but exactly what I wanted
Just what I needed for attaching some hinges to an enclosure for my 3D printer based on an IKEA LACK table. Note that 100 of these screws is only a small handful (about 2oz or so), so the price is rather dear, but I couldn't find anything similar locally. Came packed in a heat-sealed sleeve/bag... something reclosable would have been a nice touch, but no matter. Had a zipper bag on my desk that had held something else anyway. A couple of the screws had stuck together (the coating?) but I got them un-stuck.
