  Terrible experience. I won items at auction. Paid straight away. I tried multiple times to contact the buyer to arrange pickup. They never got back to me. Had to get eBay to refund the money I paid, which took a week. NEVER bid in an auction from this seller.

  I am super sorry about this. I was selling on behalf of my elderly parents in-law and did make this clear when I gave you their phone number to arrange collection. If you had got in touch with me when you were having trouble I could have sorted it out for you. Really sorry this happened to you, it's not right, but please be aware that this is not how I normally sell things and you can be sure I won't be listing anything on behalf of my in-laws again. Apologies.
