Disappointed.
The first one delivered via the internet did not work. I exchanged at the local outlet in Robina.
I am disappointed that it did not perform as well as the original design and the major complaint is the lack of a timer and you have to hold down the button and guess the timing for the grade of the coffee beans for plunger, drip or espresso. The original Model EM0420 calculated the number of cups and the grading, coarse or fine with one press of the button.
Cutting down the quality for cost does not work with already satisfied customers.
I only use this grinder with coffee beans so can't speak for the other users but I am sure they don't like holding onto the switch for the whole operation.
