Not functioning correctly upon first use.

This product needed to be RMA as it wasn't functioning correctly upon arrival. Beware of Bestbuy products on ebay! The software is utilizing old cash despite updated firmware causing features to not work correctly. Item was factory reset but still not functioning correctly.
