Great ladder of this type
The ladder seems well made - heavy tubes, good welds, etc. It works well on the boat and has no trouble holding me up at 250lbs, although I can feel it flex some. I also forgot to fold it up before trying to bring the boat up on plane and it suffered no damage. No mounting bolts or backing plates were included, but that's reasonable since no two installations will be alike. I used 5/16" stainless bolts, nuts, and fender washers from the local big box hardware store. The only problem I've had is the tendency for the ladder to swing way from the boat if you lean in over the boat while standing on it, but that's normal for a flip over ladder.
