The pen,s ups and downs.
After. Initial set back in trying to get to get the pen working with not knowing what all the parts in the box were for and trying to put the ink cartridge in and then finding out that you had to give it quite a bit of force to accomplish this.The pen is really nice and well worth the money part d.

Charging problems
Bought my Braun BT 3022 in September and this is only. November and when I tried to charge it nothing happened, in my view it,s a right waste of money.
