It does work.

Sirtorino said : "Didn't fit. Couldn't put timing cover back on". Original ( flat ) sprocket had like a 1/4" spacer on shaft first, then sprocket to space sprocket away from engine to allow room for chain clearance. New sprocket has built on spacer. Remove separate spacer from shaft, put on new sprocket. Wallah...works wonderful. Novel idea....Davy Jones.... :)
