  Pretty annoying that I have to go to the trouble to print a label and return this to the post office when it was clearly advertised as a size Medium and size Small was sent. I am not sure why I am the one having to jump through hoops to get my money back when it was the sellers error.

  wow! it was an error in the SIZE !, think it never happens in life!? I already apologized & refunded you - I am paying the return postage. You think you can bully someone by negative feedback, keep it and get refunded? Well, I don't agree with your feedback, so harsh - for what?! Ebay makes the rules on returns... perhaps take it up with them if it's too difficult and annoying for you!
