Doesn't work.
2 of 2 found this helpful Doesn't work. I know a lot of people will buy this who are desperate with a problem. I've kept it on for a few weeks now, trying to tighten it as much as I can. But it's tight enough to be a problem for him, and I still see him pecking trying to take it off all the time.
