Failed Sync after 6 Months
Product was fine for first 6 months then failed to Sync to either PC or Phone.
No customer support number in Australia but has Facebook presence. They were very slow to respond but finally advised me to email main Fitbit Site. Emailed several times. No response. Internet Google search found large number of Sync Failure cases. Known problem.
End result. Purchased a product from a different company (Garmin).
