Excellent sharperner!

This sharpener works well on all our less expensive knives, the ones I couldnt get to a satisfactory edge with lower costing sharpeners. My wife was amazed. She is using knives we put in the drawer and forgot about. Now I have been tasked to sharpen all my MIL's too :(

Excellent cleaning knife

I have had many sharpfingers. All of the old styles that were handed down to me from my grandfather. They have more sentimental value so I stopped using them to give to my grandchildren. I bought four of these as I love how easy they are to skin/clean a deer/hog. I was just hoping the edge stayed as long as my older ones did. I am truly amazed at how easy it was to get to a razor's edge, and stays there. If you have never used one of these to clean an animal, give it a try. You will never go back to anything else.
