It broke before I even go to use it.

I inserted the filter, and the bottom snapped, spilling water and coffee alll over the refrigerator.
Beleive be, I did not use excessive force. I am a mechanical Engineer and I understand these things.
Could not be more flimsy.
Never buy this product.
