Cet achat est une erreur. Il s'agit d'un cadeau. Non expert de ces transactions, je m'y suis mal pris et c'est de ma responsabilité. Cependant, je l'ai très tôt signalé à l'acheteur afin d'en demander/espérer l'annulation. C'était quelques minutes à peine après la validation. L'annulation m'a été rapidement refusée avec pour raison "un envoi déjà effectué" ce qui, raisonnablement, ne pouvait pas être le cas. Le vendeur a joué son rôle de vendeur certes, mais cela reste peu conciliant.

Achete un produit , passe donc un accord commercial avec le vendeur et le site , demande l'annulation après que le colis ait été affranchi en ligne et preparer , donc refus d'annulation. Recoit produit conforme m
