Really quick way of finding studs through plasterboard. Not as accurate as an electronic stud detector, but is really compact, so fits in your pocket/work pouch.

Good quality trimmer.

Larger than my previous beard trimmer, but any concerns with it being ungainly were quickly overcome. The Remington beard trimmer is easy to use, adjustable, and has an impressive battery life.

Tubby bath restoration kit.

The Tuby bath restoration kit includes everything you need to prepare and complete the job. Clear instructions, and a good demonstration can be seen on youtube. Preparation is key. Take time to sand and rinse the bath, cover the taps and plughole, so that painting is the only thing left to do. Paint starts to go tacky on the bath pretty quickly, so don't hang about. A really stained cast iron bath looks 100% better after I used this kit. Well worth the effort.
