Very solid!
2 of 2 found this helpful Got one of these to modify for a Tac14 so I can have full coverage of the barrel.
I was surprised at just how well made it is.
It's very strong but extremely light at the same time.
Fit on the Remington 870 is perfect. Everything lines up just right but I will add that repeatedly taking it on and off will leave minor scratches on the receiver.
The finish is also very well done.
This model has the matte black anodizing that I prefer over the semi gloss anodizing that some firearms accessories have.
I was impressed enough with it that I purchased another one for a Mossberg.

Will damage your pistol.
0 of 1 found this helpful The mount has sharp edges that shave off plastic from the Glocks rail when you try to install it. It cannot be used and is a total waste of money.

Cheap but Good
Got this to do some welding on a few things so I didn't want to spend $200 on just a helmet.
Once you get the sensitivity set for the conditions you're in it works fine.
Being outside on a sunny day will trigger it to darken faster than being in a garage but that's easy to fix and only takes a second.
I recommend finding what works best and marking those spots so you know at a glance nothing got out of adjustment and you dont get flashed.
If that knob on the outside gets moved to the grind setting and you start to weld you're not going to like what happens.
Its not heavy at all so wearing it for extended periods of time isnt bad.
For the price it's a decent helmet.
