    Mounted To My Benchtop Blast Cabinet
    I was having trouble with glass bead media feeding the bottom pick up tube of my Benchtop blast cabinet. The media would load up at the sides of the cabinet and I would have to stop blasting and open the cabinet and physically move the media toward the bottom of the cabinet. Apparently, benchtop blast cabinets are not the way to go. There design does not allow for a gravity feed. After much frustration with the cabinet, I knew I had to do something. I began looking for some way to vibrate the media as smacking the sides with my hand worked a little bit. I found this vibrator and figured I'd give it try. I mounted it with four bolts, eight washers and four nylon lock nuts. Much to my delight, the blast cabinet works as it should except that it wants to vibrate across the bench. My arms inserted into the gloves keeps this from happening. Until I can come up with a different alternative, I believe this is the best option for the situation and I would recommend this vibrator for this application.
