Pretty good even Satisfied with a great price. There are a few work arounds. Good product but expect a little more on your end.
I have to say this clone is one of my favorites. It's a go to and one of my everyday tanks. The flavor is pretty good. The cloud production is also pretty good. I use my own SS coils in it with pretty good results. Tip: Keep your coils close to the air holes and wick it just barely under the threaded portion of the ports.
I have never had a leaking issue with it.
The one con I have is with the screws that hold the coils. They strip out VERY easily and the two spares are just as sub par. I make it work very carefully. The problem with them is that the hex holes in them are not precision and are also soft. It thankfully turns out that my tweezers are able to jam in there better than the included (also sub par) hex key and I am then able to tighten the coils. I have a pretty good hex key set in Metric and SAE and none of my tools fit very well.
Given the price of the unit, I expect this sort of "work-around"
The customer support seems pretty good. They offered to reimburse me for screws locally purchased. I declined. They offer this price with shipping and it would be at a total loss if I took them up on it. No need. These folks are only making pennies on these and it's good enough. It would be rude and perhaps wrong to expect too much at this price point. I've also got pretty good satisfaction from this tank - even with the work arounds.
I'm happy with it. I went to the geek vape website and ordered a new build deck for another ten bucks.
I'd probably get another one if this one crapped out.
I'd also probably recommend this tank, with the caveats mentioned above.

Nice light strip - 8520s are REALLY bright.
The 8520 LEDs are at least twice as bright as the 5630s in the same voltage and chip count.
Great for under cabinet lighting.

Great Quality.
The doggie loves them. They're tough and hold up to pretty rough usage.
