  “I had a terrible experience with this seller. After realizing the item was not what I expected, I politely requested to cancel the order before it shipped. Instead of simply addressing my request, the seller responded with a condescending email lecturing me about reading the listing. Even worse, they claimed the item had already shipped—conveniently ignoring the fact that cancellation was still an option.” Do Avoid this store unless you want to be disrespectfully insulted and disappointed.

  Gave negative feedback because I told her to read before bidding. Purchase was 42 picture sleeves for 45 rpm records with NO RECORDS written in both the Title (see above) and Description. She cancelled AFTER I shipped (see many of my 5000 + feedback for quick shipping). Her reason to cancel was she "thought" the records were included. For a seller, this is a total waste of time and resources. This was a reprimand, not an insult. She returned the sleeves and got a full refund.
