A three-way romance in the time of war.
Actually, I was expecting it to have a bit more action. It was more of a romance with the war as a backdrop. The acting was good, the characters were a bit stereotyped. The cover makes it look like a war movie, but that really wasn't the focus.

Great addition to my collection
This is a delightful little model. Looks more difficult to build than it is. The Revell model is much more satisfying than the Roden model which I attempted to build earlier and failed because some of the parts were so frail they kept breaking.

Minicraft UAL DC-4
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this model because I couldn't find anything but the military versions of this plane in a 1:72 scale. It's fairly simple to build (with the exception of some of the smaller pieces) but applying the decals is a bit of a task. They did not slide easily off the paper backing and the larger ones tore easily. Someone with more skill than I may have a technique that works. I found placing the decals accurately was difficult for me because of the smallness of the scale. I'm going to stick with the 1:72 scale - more suitable to my fat fingers and my old eyes...
