  Initially, they were very late to ship. Listing says 5 days, I sent an email after 7 days and got a reply later and they shipped it even later. Then, sent me the wrong item (European plug, when I clearly ordered a US plug). When I got in touch they won’t reply to emails, nor fix their mistake. They aproved the return and made eBay think that they have provided a return shipping label (that is their responsibility when the wrong item is sent). Dispute money back. In short, I do NOT recommand.
