Stress and strain off joints.
1 of 1 found this helpful These grips save me a lot of grief on that they allow me to train at the gym after having a serious accident. Their padding takes the stress and strain off my joints, so I can bench press, do chin ups and work with dumbbells. I highly recommend these grips.
