Sound is not clear
4 of 5 found this helpful I don't believe this is really a brand new phone, it has to be a refurbished item. People I talk to, no matter where they are located, say I sound hollow, like I'm in a tunnel, fuzzy, or I'm breaking up. I have to talk on speakerphone so they can hear me clearly. If this WAS a NEW Apple phone, I wouldn't be having this problem. Maybe it's a good deal as in you get what you pay for, considering the price of truly NEW Apple phones, but next time I buy a phone it will be at a store.
I also have to charge the phone every night, and when I first received the phone, the USB and cube were defective, it would not charge the phone.
I didn't send the phone back because of the 15% restocking fee I would've had to pay on top of the shipping.
