Why are second hand books this bad.
0 of 2 found this helpful Honestly when I buy second hand books I expect them to be not covered in orange-brown stains like the copy I received, which is also not the one showed in the pic, but a much older one. I will definitely be more careful about who I do but from in the future.

Reaaally old.
If I knew it was going to be this worn out and old and decayed I would probably hadn't bought it.

Good and necessary.
I've come to realize Bird by Bird is not as important for showing you specific exercises or methods but because it helps you achieve a necessary state of mind you need if you want to pursue the writing and publishing of books.
It's a good book, specially if you read it after or before other writing books.
