Damaged Goods
After receiving the open package of this Fitbit Zip, I was unable to get the back off as the old battery was still in place and had sealed it shut. I broke the back as I had an extra one having been a Fitbit Zip user for 10 years. I put a new battery in place and could never sync it with my phone as it was such an older version of that program that it couldn’t be updated. It took $43 to convince me that I needed a newer Fitbit product.
