Thai Food written by David Thompson
First dish I made from this book was similar to ceviche but the Thai version....all I can say is wow, one of the best dishes I have ever prepared....a great book to buy but finding the proper ingredients can be difficult if you do not have an oriental market in your area......but the author tries to provide substitutes to certain hard to find ingredients......Worth the money in my opinion.....

Great muddler at a great price
This muddler is similar to many other muddlers that are double to triple the price just because the name. It's a very long muddler which allows you to muddle in a deep glass or a shaker without making a mess or having to use your finger tips. Very happy with my purchase.

Used sparingly for mild scar reduction and skin tone balancing.
I have used many chemical peels and they all work similar for the most part but usually the I really good ones are crazy expensive for what they do. This one isn’t. Very reasonably priced at the time of writing this review anyhow and does a great job. I have mild acne scars that I throughout the years, have been working on. This assists me greatly on that journey. I do a quick peel with this where I am looking for mild frosting and then I microneedle over it. Fantastic results. Make sure you stay out of the sun after a peel and wear sunscreen regardless.
