Rubber Sift Surface Computer Gaming Mouse Pad Mat Large XL Size 600*300mm Blue
29 October 2015
Wonderful for the price, probably just as good as any other.
It is probably just as good as any other mouse pad honestly. No reason to spend like $40 on one. This is good quality, stitched edges, and soft surface. Good rubbery back doesn't slide at all once placed. It could stand to be a bit wider though I think. With my keyboard on it, there's not a huge amount of room left for the mouse. I am happy overall though.

In short, well built but disappointing sound.
I purchased the MDR-V55 because it was time to replace my old Sennheiser HD 250's. I was looking for something with power and capability for bass, but also clarity and something that wouldn't drown out the rest of the sound. I figured a trusted brand like Sony would surely be able to live up to that for a set that retails for about $80. The downside: As someone who's father has been a professional DJ for over 35 years, I know how to put headphones through their paces. Unfortunately, I have been disappointed with the sound of the MDR-V55's. It seems to be an obvious attempt to recreate Beats headphones. The problem with that is that Beats are designed to be extremely bass heavy. The pure tones of music are drowned out and clarity is lost. This is not to say that bass is not to be exploited, I love a powerful and punchy bass. However, NEVER at the expense of clarity and other frequencies. Sadly, this is exactly what happens with these Sony MDR-V55's. I honestly think I'll switch back to my old (falling apart) Sennheiser HD 250's until I come up with enough money to get something that can preform powerfully and clearly at the same time. The upside: The headphones themselves are very nice, they feel well built and the cord is a flat, tangle-free style. The cord is a bit short, but could be easily remedied with an extender. The kind of music I've found works fairly well with these are most any dubstep. -Those drops- O_o
