This is great. because it stabs the meat, rather than mashes it, steaks tend to shrink a lot less.
i have even turned brisket ito noice steak, by stabbing and then hammering the meat.
as the "lesser" cuts are actually tastier, this is a great addition to my kitchen.
Pop the top and tighten up the nuts inside, or glue them in place.
have bought a spare.
