The perfect phone for those without nurdie expectations..That's me
My old Samsung was dying, physically & tech wise it is a dinosaur. I admire RIM for their developmental foresight in smart phones. I bought the Blackberry mainly on its attributes of having a 5mp camera & the fact it has 4gb IM expandable to 32bg. Other great points are very user friendly pc interface in transferring data both ways. I did not consider the smart phone/internet features & speed capability as this does not interest me in a "phone". (I use pay as you go) So I use my Blackberry Torch as a camera & music player. Storing lots of photos & music. Lastly unlike my previous phone I can have whatever I like as my ringtone. That's important to me! Functionality wise it's really good once you get over the learning curve.(I'm new to touch screen & swiping) Cost me well $100 I'm happy
