It's only flaw is that it's not wireless!

1.) It's a TRACKBALL;
2.) It has a SCROLL RING;
3.) It's customizable, and therefore can be used ambidextrously;
4.) It's QUIET;
5.) The software configuration makes is extremely useful for large data work (like HUGE spreadsheets) and for coding large projects;
6.) And it's easy to CLEAN and to MAINTAIN!
As for ergonomics, it allows you to rest your palm in ONE SPOT and just move your fingers -- which is a blessing to those WITH or fearing the advance of carpal tunnel.

Definitely better than your average "replacement" pads!
These are very well-fitting earpad replacements for the Motorola S305.
They are snug enough to maintain their shape, and they feel substantial enough to last.
