Prepare to fabricate
Great casters. Unlikely they will be an exact fit for most luggage but with a little time, patience and tools, these will work great.
I had a Samsonite bag that had great pack cloth and features. $200 to replace it or just repair the casters.

good value
As much as I would like to own a Park bike workstand, it's not going to happen.
The HD Steel is a well made, bike stand at a great price. The machining is fine. No major issues.
The legs are wide, probably 50", so if you don't have much floor space, this could be a problem.
The directions for assembly are non existent. If you are not mechanical or intuitive, this might be a problem?

so far so good...
It's hard to know how good a battery is until it's had at least 100 cycles or more. I've only had mine about 30 cycles but so far so good. It's a very good fit and the manufacturing looks good.
