Certainly helps, but..
I've found that these pills do help me with my ADHD symptoms when accompanied with my prescription meds but only on a minor scale. However I am still considering the continued use of this or similar products.. If anyone is thinking about trying this product or similar products, my advice is to do some research but also give it a go and make your own assumptions. Good luck.

I really love it!... But..
The only thing worth noting is the glue that holds the mirror to the wooden wall mount is very low quality and may require re-applying some more glue, like mine did upon arrival. However I am still very pleased with my purchase. It looks amazing! It is used quite often.
