I ONLY buy Einkorn.
I LOVE the flavor of this flour; it's AMAZING. My pies, cookies, name it,,,the slight sweetness makes all the difference.
Since this is a hulled flour, there is no need for poisons. This is the only flour I buy, plus Italy doesn't do earth poisoning.

Mace is almost perfect for defense!
I carry mace with me everywhere I go. Today, nuts are everywhere. I see attacks happening on the news daily. I would say that at least 75% of these attacks would not happen if EVERYONE had mace on them.
Give mace to your family members, give this as a gift in fact,, every year it's wise to purchase new canisters, birthdays, holidays, are a perfect reminder to buy new canisters.
I watched on YouTube as a young couple were at a train station only to have a nut jump a couple. As the young man fought off the nut the woman had a canister of mace in her pocket. she PUT THAT NUT DOWN. If I were you, I would.
