0 of 1 found this helpful Was disappointed every time he wrote about being kind to people that he didn't include animals. Being kind to animals is just as important, we are all sentient beings not just humans. Also veganism for a month isn't about minimalism its an animal rights campaign to teach people how easy it is to be vegan, that eating animals isn't necessary and to educate people of the brutality, pain and suffering 50 billions animals per year experience when farmed by humans. Especially some of the modern day brutal practices such as factory farming, genetic modifications, body mutilations, most are killed as babies etc etc.
Apart from this the book was ok. Some good parts. i'd probably give it about 6 out of 10.

Its an ok read but nothing too compelling!
It is an ok read. Gives you insight into what depression is like for some people. There are some common themes of depression people who have also experienced can relate too but there are other aspect of her story and depression you might not relate too though. I wouldn't say the book was compelling but it was somewhat interesting. It was nice to be able to relate to her depression but disappointing that there were many aspect you couldn't relate to though.
It is easy to read, written well, easy to understand. In all it's an ok book.

good quality
good heavy duty cover and good memory foam. You can't feel the floor through the bed. Good thickness. I'm happy with purchase and recommend.
