Excellent Device but one Proviso
1 of 1 found this helpful This is a superb product I bought the same tool last year and it works brilliantly and compared to other much pricier ones seems to be very good value. However, after a year the previous one just stopped working and I wasn't able to get it fixed. I think I probably forced it to cut branches that were too thick for it so my advice is that if it doesn't cut it easily - don't force it as it possibly ruins the motor. Apart from that it saves my elbow which was suffering from repetitive strain syndrome from all the cutting I was doing and I love it and wouldn't want to be withou it in the garden.
