60's horror at it's best!

Creepy, scary and retro all in one movie! This was the movie that gave me nightmares as a child. I'm so glad I found it!

Mind numbing confrontations & personal strengths display Good vs. Evil.

A good cop in the future, trying to stay that way, despite the story line that EVERYONE (including kids) has a gun. To combat this, modern technology is constantly upgraded including the policemen themselves. These movies take the impersonal robot, combine it with a very human good guy and add a lot of tradition, pride and honor when confronted by ego maniacs, money hungry tycoons and drug lords. I can't imagine a better story line!

Wish you Well -- how appropriate!

Mr. Baldacci is a new author to me. I had never heard of him till an acquaintance told me he is very talented and I wanted to "see" for myself. My friend was right! The colour of the wording in this book is rich, has such depth and clarity it is easy to identify with the characters, the setting, the emotions that are played in this book like a fine violin by a Viennese master! The loss of their father, their mother in a comatose state, 2 children shipped off to a great-grandmother they have never met in another state. The book talks about change, adapting, growing up and the loss and re-birth of hope. It is an EXCELLENT book! Anyone could enjoy it, and should!
