  Package was marked “do not bend” but was shipped in a very flimsy package that was bent in many places. Not the proper packaging for this item.

  Never had a problem before. There is something in the envelope to make it more rigid. It's obviously a Post Office problem. As you said, I marked it "Do Not Bend". You should take it back to the Post Office and let them know they didn't do their job. Either way, the decals are pretty resilient, it will be fine when you adhere it.
