Manifold Collector Gasket Set FOR Holden Commodore VU VX VY 3.8 V6 Ecotec 00-04

Paper material, does not seal properly.

I would not recommend this gasket set for the very fact that the throttle body and upper inlet manifold gaskets are PAPER and even with aviation sealant struggles to get a seal. I managed to seal my throttle body but my inlet manifold had a leak and my motor would not run properly as a result. Replaced the gasket with a brand new genuine GM gasket (which is metal and seats very well) and now runs flawlessly. Spend the extra $$ and go genuine.

Work flawlessly, no soft stop

Struts work flawlessly, however be warned that the struts do not have a soft stop and slams your boot open from the moment you press the button. Enough repeats of this is sure to damage something.

Several flaws making it unsuitable for its intended purpose.

The ejection mechanism that came with mine was horrible compared to the OEM one and the screws designed to hold the drive in place don't have a head, my screws ended up falling inside my SSD! I HAD TO PRY OPEN MY SSD TO PREVENT DAMAGE. This coupled with an absolute abysmal shipping time, just save your money, I wouldn't pay $5 for this let alone the asking price.
