    Item was received without all necessary parts,Namely, the charging adapter part that connects to a household electric outlet was missing. Seller told me " I was checking, verifying and found out that the cord went missing through a different transaction and I mistakenly sent the package without thoroughly checking. I do not have the remaining products and sincerely apologize. Your money will automatically be refunded as soon as the package is returned."
