Received the item on time. Also the item was new with tags and said size "small", but the item was no where near a small, but more like a large. I contacted this seller and told her the problem and said I could alter myself to make it fit. This seller replied back that they would give me a partial refund for the inconvenience. They refunded almost half the price. That is what makes a top rated seller, when you don't even ask for a partial refund and they give you one anyway!
