This seller is a 5 Star rated merchant. However the item even though working fine is not as bright as in the image. The blue ring is hardly visible

Very quiet indeed compared to V2 Skim 200 Compact
Bought this to replace the V2 Skim 200 for inside my display 100L AR620 tank. Was amazed at its working noice. It’s so quiet compared to TMC’s V2.
Comes complete with a good quality cleaning brush which is very impressive first impression.
The set of Instructions are good too.
V2 was a bit longer and smaller. This is slimmer in thickness but wider and shorter. Had to use the extending part as it was interfering with the AR 620 lid. Removing the original bracket to fit the extender was a bit of a fiddle. The fitted one was not easy to remove. Managed it eventually and got it fitted in working. The locking mechanism could be a bit better.
I feel it might detach from it on long run. However the noise has really surprised me.
Can’t even hear it compared to the old one. Let’s wait and see how Tunze 9001 performs as the V2 lasted just short of 2 years and packed up.
Overall even though it is a bit pricy, it is a good piece of kit.
