Are these from the manufacturer?

Feel broken. When they arrived, the sounded broken when shaken, made noise inside controller. Play COD w them and it's impossible to aim down the sight. Absolute trash. Gonna have to order legit ones that come inside the box, cause these won't cut it. The d pad feels off as well, like if it was replaced w a bootleg controller. Overall disappointed, wasted 50 on two, should've read the other reviews and saved my $$$......
