  The item finally arrived yesterday Feb. 12Th, more than a month late. The seller had already been reimbursed by USPS and I was credited by EBay’s money back guarantee. The seller had asked me to return the item if it did arrive. So, now I‘m writing “Return to Sender “ for USPS

  I do not understand why I deserve negative feedback. I packed it well and shipped it promptly. The issue with the delay was solely with USPS not me. When we could not resolve it with USPS, I had EBay promptly refund you fully. I request you reconsider your negative feedback. By the way I still do not get the modem back.
