Great but offset problem on mV DC range.
This multimeter really is great value. I found most functions and ranges to be accurate. The only deviation I noted was the offset when on the mV DC range. Upon power on, the offset with shorted input was - 0.010 mV (not bad), but after 15 minute warm-up the offset increased to - 0.055 mV which can put measurements out of specification. Fortunately the meter has a "relative" button so if you want really accurate measurements on the mV DC range just press the "relative" button with the input shorted which will set the display to zero.

Poor picture quality
Not very good picture quality. I guess it's a reprint.

High quality resistors
High quality non-inductive ceramic resistors.
Would have been 5 stars except the leads have been cut quite short.
