Long Live
We use these a lot. Most of the errors end up being foreign objects on the lens. Have had only one go bad in the last four years. All of mine are used, so they have a good long live

Great voice amplification and noise reduction
I like this product very much. It has better controls than the Siemens touch. It still only turns off by taking the batteries out. A switch would be much better. They seem to be able to take some of the background noise out and they definitely are better at amplifying voices. I would recommend them.
