Good product with some issues

I like the product overall, but it has some issues. I have problems syncing it with my computer. I wanted to sync with my Samsung Galaxy phone, but the app made my phone act weird, so I deleted the app and decided to just sync with my computer. This has proved problematic. The Fitbit seems to work OK, but without the syncing I can't get the sleep tracking info or have a history.
