  This item bought in good faith,arrived weeks later,postman showed me the damaged parcel,it was not sent with care wrapping and reformed box,the ceramic item was delivered in a damage state,my postman who witnessed the damaged parcel took it back too post depo. Seller is looking photos of damaged item,which I don't have because of damage,and not accepting item,so no way too get my money back very bad seller.

  I have reported you to ebay, I asked you to provide evidence of damage to the item, which is my right as a seller, and ebay advised me to do, You claim your postman took the box back to the depot, i don't then understand why you didn't go to the depot to retrieve your item, and then send evidence to me.
