Why three stars?
This is a lovely product. My disappointment is that the aqua that I ordered looks nothing like the picture. It is a true cerulean blue. I did not return it because, for the price, it is a nice product. I will probably use it for a while and then give it to Goodwill.
Do not buy this color if you wanted aqua, such is shown in the picture (a standard aqua).

My favorite! NO PRESETS!
This is my third - and all three are still working. I love this model, one of the early Nespresso (I think 2nd gen - not sure). Be aware that it is completely manual - NO presets. That is why I have bought three of them to put in different locations. My first Essenza was purchased new from Nespresso and it's still chugging away, used every day. The second and third were from eBay. I was also extremely pleased with the store from which I purchased it this time.
